Traditionally, nose re-modelling has been done with surgery, known as rhinoplsaty. There is another alternative, nose remodelling with dermal fillers are suitable for those who do not want a permantent change, or for those who would like a temporary procedure prior to rhinoplasty.
Dermal fillers can be used to enhance the shape of a nose, filling irregularities and hollows, but bumps or protrusions cannot be removed. Another example of non-surgical nose shaping is when a nose is deviated to one side, the other side can be filled to make it appear straighter.
Nasal droop , which occurs as we age, can also be corrected by injecting areas that have drooped to create a perceivable nasal lift.
